Manufacturing:

Optimized manufacturing and a lean manufacturing process are the foundation for our success.  Our main resource is extruded aluminium which is known for its high recyclability.  Our 5000m² manufacturing site guarantees a perfect production chain.  Modern high-performance CNC saws give precise and perfect profile lengths.  Mitred corners (for snap frames and illuminated boxes) are cut on our double mitred saw to achieve the best quality and reduce wastage as automization in production increases, we are able to improve lead times and productivity whilst maintaining high standards and competitive pricing.

Storage:

In addition to our central storage facility in Czech we also have local warehouses to support our Regional offices.  This brings us over 3000 pallet places in Europe.  The majority of our standard products are held in stock.  In addition we will gladly take care of the complete logistics solution for our customers.

Logistics:

We deliver quickly, affordably and most importantly on time.  To achieve this we work with the best providers in Germany and across Europe.  We offer resellers a neutral ‘blind shipping’ delivery within our offer.

Print:

In addition to our systems we also offer the printing of banner posters and displays.  We print on most materials.  Back lit film for illuminated light boxes and totems, digital print film, banner materials, textile banners, paper, composite panels as well as large format prints.  The only thing we require are your print files.

Branding:

The majority of our systems can be personalized with your logo.  We offer screen print or pad printing techniques.  We can also manufacture our products in your corporate colours and powder coat in any standard RAL colour.

Installation:

We will take care of your complete project from the initial design and planning through to the delivery and installation.  We work with the leading fulfilment companies in Germany and across Europe to guarantee a perfect result everytime.
